CASE STUDY.
THE BRIEF.

Remove ground floor and install 4m deep stem reinforced underpins. Using sacrificial trench sheets to the rear of underpins to prevent overspill in to the neighbours property.

THE SOLUTION.

Install temporary works to support 1st floor, demolish internal walls, underpin perimeter walls, bulk excavation and cast basement and ground floor slab.
