THE BRIEF.

Demolish 90% of internal structure leaving the existing external & party walls, reconstruct the internal floors, lift core and stairs including spray concrete to vaults.

THE SOLUTION.

Demolish internal structure using temporary steels to support the retained walls. Cast RC slabs, lift & stair-core. Dry spray waterproof concrete to vault walls & slabs.
